Pharmagen was founded in Lebanon with a straightforward mission: give patients with chronic conditions access to high-quality generic medications at prices that don't force them to choose between treatment and other necessities.

Healthcare providers abroad face a recurring challenge: finding reliable, English- and French-speaking remote staff is expensive and time-consuming. Lebanon has long produced highly educated, bilingual professionals eager to work with international organizations.
Pharmagen Recruit was created to close that gap. We handle the search, the screening, and the matching — so health providers anywhere in the world can build remote teams as easily as they hire locally.
Lebanon's workforce has qualities that make it especially well-suited for remote roles at international healthcare organizations.

Mission
To be the most trusted bridge between international healthcare providers and Lebanon's skilled, English- and French-speaking professional workforce.
Focus
Healthcare is not a sector we entered for convenience — it's the industry our parent company was built in. We recruit with that knowledge baked in.
Promise
A single point of contact, transparent process, and on-the-ground support in Lebanon if anything wobbles in the first months of a hire.
We'd love to learn about your team and how we can help you grow it with the right remote talent. A 20-minute call is usually enough to know if we're a fit.
